How to request deletion of your data
Last updated: 8 November 2026. The Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy.
If you commented on, mentioned or messaged a Hub Media account on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok, you can ask us to delete all the data we store about you in our panel.
Steps
- Email business@hubmedia.io with the subject “Data deletion”.
- Include your username and the social network (for example: “@user on Instagram”). If you gave us an email address in a conversation, include it too.
- To confirm the account is yours, we may ask you to send us a direct message from it with a code we provide.
What we delete and when
- We delete your conversations, stored comments, contact data, tags and notes within 30 days and confirm the deletion with a reference code.
- We keep only a minimal record that you requested deletion (without the content), so we do not store your data again by mistake and can show we handled your request.
- Comments and messages still published on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok are controlled by those platforms: you can delete them yourself in the app.
If you connected an account to our app
Only Hub Media’s own accounts are connected to our app. If you ever connected an account of yours, you can remove its access in the social network’s settings (Facebook and Instagram: Settings › Apps and websites; TikTok: Settings and privacy › Security › Apps and services). When access is removed, we delete its credentials and associated data.
