2. Scope

- The resources we send (guides, prompts, links) are free and informational. They are provided as is, without any guarantee of results, and may change or become unavailable.
- You can stop receiving messages at any time by not messaging us or by asking us. We do not send automated messages more than 24 hours after your last message.
- Nothing we publish or send is personalised financial, legal or professional advice.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use our accounts or messages to send spam, illegal or offensive content, or to impersonate others. We may hide or delete comments and stop replying to anyone who does.
5. Intellectual property
Hub Media’s own content (texts, designs and resources) belongs to us or is used with permission. Third-party content we share is credited to its author. If you own content and want it removed, write to business@hubmedia.io.
6. Third-party platforms
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X are third-party services with their own terms. Hub Media is not affiliated with them and is not responsible for how they work.
7. Liability

8. Personal data
How we process your data is explained in the privacy policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence.
